NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING

OF THE COMMISSIONERS’ COURT OF STERLING COUNTY, TEXAS

 

 

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Sterling County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 28 ^th day of June, 2010 at 8:00 a.m., at 609 4 ^th Ave. in the Commissioners’ Courtroom, County Courthouse, Sterling City, Texas, 325 378-3481, at which time the Court will discuss/consider action on or concerning the following items, which may be considered in a different order than here presented:

1.                  Call to Order – Determination of Quorum

2.                  Review Bids for Paving, Award or Reject, Authorize County Judge to Sign Contract

3.                  Budget Workshop

4.                  Order for Adjournment

Pursuant to the authority granted under Government Code, Chapter 551, the Commissioners’ Court may convene a CLOSED SESSION to discuss any of the above Agenda items. Immediately before any CLOSED SESSION, the specific section or sections of the Government Code which provides statutory authority will be announced. Dated this the 24 ^thday of June, 2010,
